CNC shaping machine was launched in the 90´s and revolutionized the surfing industry.
They are now widely used by many shapers, for its speed and precision. CNC Shaping Machine allows to design a surfboard from your computer, and to launch the production when the design is ready.

It´s not only a gain time for the shaper, but the guaranty to get a much more accurate result, perfectly symmetrical.

You can buid two surfboard perfectly identical, or change a single parameter, and then analyze the impact of it on the water.

The foam is fully shaped, even the rails are shaped with the 4 axis shaping machine. The shaper only needs to refine the shape, specially the bottom to adjust the concave.

If you don´t have a shaping machine, you can order your foam with pre shape on our online shop, specify the size, type of shape, etc… and we will make the job for you.
