The ISS stringer is an interchangeable stringer system consisting of a carbon and/or fiberglass bar, with different hardness levels. It is used to place inside bodyboard boards compatible with this system, allowing you to adjust the desired rigidity at any time and place.

The ISS system is used by changing the internal stringer of your bodyboard. You can open the plug located at the tail of your board and unscrew it. Depending on the type of wave and the water temperature, you will use a softer or harder stringer, depending on whether you want a stiffer or more flexible board.
