CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (PARENTAL LEAVE COVER)


Period: 4 to 5 months (from April to September). Position is on-site in Gelves (Seville, Spain), no remote work available.

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person to take on the role of Customer Service Manager during the parental leave of one of our team members. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, managing social media accounts, and assisting with various communication and marketing tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service across different channels (email, phone, chat, and WhatsApp).
  • Manage our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), creating content, responding to comments and questions, and fostering community interaction.
  • Assist in creating blog content, writing articles that address frequently asked questions from our customers.
  • Respond to and manage customer reviews on review platforms (Trustpilot, Facebook, Google).
  • Resolve warranty and shipping-related complaints.
  • Manage marketing campaigns via email and through our app.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to make quick and effective decisions in complex situations.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Advanced knowledge of surfing and bodyboarding: It is essential to have experience and passion for these sports to understand the needs of our customers.
  • Proficiency in tools such as CapCut and Photoshop: Experience in content creation is a plus.
  • English at B2 level: Essential for interacting with international customers.
  • Under 30 years old and registered as unemployed.

INTERNSHIP

Job Description:
At Mundo Surf, we are looking for national and international interns to join our team and assist with daily tasks throughout the year. Depending on your profile, studies, and motivations, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in various areas of our company, gaining practical experience in the surfing world and e-commerce.

Collaboration Areas:

  • Warehouse management: Support with organizing, stock control, and order management.
  • Package preparation: Assist with preparing and shipping orders to customers.
  • Product description writing: Help create and optimize product descriptions for the online store.
  • Content creation (video and blog): Collaborate on producing visual and written content for our platforms, social media, and blog.

Requirements:

  • Internship agreement with the educational institution is required.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute new ideas.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.
  • Passion for surfing and bodyboarding (valued but not required).
  • Basic knowledge of content management tools (experience with social media, video editing, and writing is a plus).
