The Channel Island Pisces is the ultimate evolution of the classic fish, reinvented to deliver maximum performance and precision in every maneuver. Born from the original design of the Round Nose Fish '96, this new version has been tweaked and refined over the years, incorporating changes that transform it into a completely new species within the fish surfboard family.

Every detail has been meticulously modified: a sleeker nose with more rocker in the front, a deeper concave in the midsection, and a more pronounced curve in the rails under the back foot. A soft wing has been added to work with the front fins, allowing for greater turning ability and control in critical sections of the wave. Additionally, with versatile fin setup options—quad, twin+2, twin+1, or thruster—the Pisces adapts to any surfer’s style, from those seeking fluidity and freedom to those preferring more stability and control.

With these adjustments, the Pisces offers a more agile surfing experience, allowing tighter turns in the pocket, perpendicular carving on the wave face, and total control in the lip, all while maintaining the speed and stability that fish boards are known for. The design incorporates a more scooped-out deck at the back, reflecting the bottom curve better, which provides greater control in more technical sections of the wave.

This board is perfect for both challenging conditions and epic days, and its versatility makes it an ideal choice for intermediate to advanced surfers. Construction:

Pukas surfboards are made in the Olatu factory, in the Basque country. Olatu owns the brand Pukas and builds for two big ones: Lost and Al Merrick. Polyurethane foam core, Silmar polyester resin and Hexcel fiberglass. Great finishing and exceptional expertise.
