The Channel Island CI Pro surfboard is the high-performance flagship of Channel Island, with the most rocker of the entire range. This allows for quicker directional changes and maneuvers, while the tail rocker is lower to maximize maneuver projection.
A minimal single-to-double concave creates a feeling of control at high speeds and during maneuvers. Its curvier outline, combined with smooth and lifted rails, allows for more extreme surfing.
In short, this is a surfboard that will allow you to move and maneuver based on the sensations provided by the waves.
PU Construction:
Channel Island surfboards are made by Al Merrick in the Olatu factory, in the Basque country. Olatu owns the brand Pukas and builds for two big ones: Lost and Al Merrick. Polyurethane foam core, Silmar polyester resin and Hexcel fiberglass. Great finishing and exceptional expertise.
