This surfboard manufacturing kit includes all the materials you need to build our surfboard model 4:
- 1 X-Tra blank pre-shaped with model 4 from 5'5'' to 6'5''. With less rocker and more volume than a conventional shortboard, the paddle is easy and the board y easy to surf. A really versatile shape.
- 6 metres of 4Oz Hexcel fiberglass or Aerialite (standard stratification) or 4metres of 4oz + 2metres of 6Oz (reinforced stratification), or 4metres of 4Oz + 2metres of 4Oz S-Glass (Pro stratification), or 6metres of Aerialite 4Oz S-Glass (VIP stratification). All fiberglass are 68.5cm in width.
- 5kg of solar Hegardt H72-UV polyester resin or 5kg of Hegardt H72 resin with MEKP catalyst
- 125ml of styrene wax
- 420Ml of glass microspheres
- The fin fixing system. You can choose between the system of 6 plug M-fins Dual Tab or 3 plug M-Fins Single Tab
- 1 colored M-Fins leash plug or 1 white FCS leash plug
In the "Customize your product" tab you can specify:
- The color of M-Fins plugs. If you do not tell us anything, we put them in black, but you can choose between black or Bone, both for the leash plug and for the fins plugs.
- If you want a custom pre-shape, you can indicate the length, width and thickness you want.
